I would love a Chanallenge System based on the Teams of MT.

- Every team-leader can create a Tournament (then Administrators choose if approve it or not)
- Creating a Tournament team-leader can choose how many Teams can take part (4-8-16-32)
- Team-leaders can join in the Tournament
- A "Challenge-Board" of the Tournament (I don't know how it's called in English), but the image explains all

- The Admins determine the Team-winner for every Phase
- The Members of the Team Winner get a medal in the Tab "Teams" in ther profiles

I'd like tell you these features with more detail, but I don't know very well the English (how you can see)

I'd like to see something like this too to use as a NCAA Tournament bracket inside my forum rather than sending people elsewhere.
