I, Compguy11, being the legal owner of the domain name and server space on which this site resides on, hereby declare that the below legal agreement be the official legal agreement of this site and is a legally binding contract unless stated otherwise. All other legal agreements are null and void.

Compguy11 Custom Modifications( referred to as "The Company" or "The Website" ) conducts business and resides its data in the United States, and is therefore bound to the laws of the United States and any specific laws that apply to where staff members live and where data is housed.
For most, but not all, legal concerns, this Legal Agreement is a binding contract, and if you do not agree with it, please leave this site immediately.
While citizens of other countries have a right to visit this site, "The Company" cannot guarantee the rights your country provides to you.

"The Company" has the rights to administrate this website. Every decision they make is final, and non negotiable.

b) Using "The Website" to advertise products not endorsed by "The Company"
c) Using "The Website" to gain profits, or to add "Content" in such a way that others find inappriopiate.
d) If it is illegal to do in a school, then it is illegal here.
e) Using any "Content" on "The Website" where the material is either copied or a resonable resemblence can be seen to the "Content".
f) Redistribution "Content" that is not common knowledge.
g) Using knowledge or scripts obtained from other sites to abuse the software(commonly called "hack") or disturb the "Website".
CONSEQUENCES
When a VIOLATION or other unacceptable act occurs, the consequence is in the hands of the administrator, regardless of whether it is listed here or not. Here are some likely consequences.
a) Removal of right to add "Content"
b) Removal of right to view certain "Content"
c) Temporary or permanent removal of right to access "The Website"
d) Forceful removal of infringing content.
e) Contact of necessary administrators, including but not limited to other forum administrators, webmasters, internet service providers, web hosts, and local government authorities.
REPORTING ABUSE
"The Company" does not guarantee any data on "The Website" is accurate, and should not be used for anything beyond informational purposes. a) Another member has violated your rights or violated this legal agreement
b) Another member has harassed you.
c) Copyrighted material is posted here without permission, AND you are the copyright holder, with a method to prove it.
d) The "Administration" has wrongfully accused you of something or a right was removed without a valid explination.

a) This Legal Agreement can be updated at any time, with or without notification, but you visiting this site still constitutes agreement.

c) "Administration" is a term that refers to anyone in the "Community Admin", "Community Team", or "Management" member groups.
d) The "Website" is guaranteed to be free of popups, adware, spyware, or any other content that is usually annoying.
e) The ads displayed on our website is for reference purposes only. The deals or promotions in those ads are not guaranteed by "The Company" or any third party company.
